Kraska & Associates, Inc. was established in 2003 to provide child-centered occupational and speech therapy for children. We strive to assemble a group of dedicated professionals who are committed, well-educated, and experienced in the area of pediatric occupational and speech therapy.
At Kraska & Associates, we strongly believe in child-centered therapy as it is essential to the development of cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well–being of children. We want to build the underlying foundational skills of children so each child will have the ability to excel in multiple areas and be successful in whatever endeavor they chose. We also want each family and child to know that it is through appreciating, honoring, respecting, and embracing our differences, that the uniqueness of each child and person is valued.

Thank you for visiting our website! I grew up in a large family and was blessed to be surrounded by friends, nature and family. Growing up, we laughed, played hard, took risks, and made many mistakes. It was those experiences that grounded me in the belief that play was important to my overall development. As I grew older, I began to realize that we were losing the essence of play in children’s lives. Play is so important in child development that it has been recognized by the United Nations High Commission for Human Rights as a right of every child. The American Academy of Pediatrics says play is essential for helping children reach important developmental milestones as well as helping them manage stress and become resilient. That is my belief and has lead me to our mission of being a child-centered, play based therapy practice.
